Just like all his other fans around the world, we’ve kept Tracy Morgan in our thoughts and prayers since his devastating accident.
Most of the news so far has been positive, but how is he doing now?
Tracy’s attorney Benedict Morelli stopped by the Today show to give fans an update on his condition. He said:
“He’s still struggling, but he’s a fighter and he’s had issues before that he’s fought through and he’s fighting hard.”
Most importantly, it looks like Tracy is in good spirits.
But of course, as Tracy’s lawyer, Morelli was also able to provide an update on his ongoing lawsuit against Wal-Mart.
Morelli believes that Wal-Mart, more than driver Kevin Roper himself, is culpable for the crash. He says:
“[Roper] works for Wal-Mart and I’m going to show, if I have to in court, that that’s the culture, that that’s what they set up… They know and, by the way, he isn’t the only driver that drives hundreds of miles to get to work. They have to make sure that this doesn├óΓé¼Γäót happen.”
Sounds like Tracy has two big fights ahead of him. No matter what happens, we’re behind him 100%!
