Kelly was captured cradling her unborn baby boy in the adorable photo while she is vacationing out in Puerto Rico.
The 33-year-old simply captioned the photo:

So simple, so elegant, and so beautiful!
It seems like she can’t wait for her baby to make his debut into the world and we are ecstatic for her!
