Bryan Singer's Accuser Is Backing Down From His Lawsuit! But Will He File It Again Later?!

Michael Egan III, the man who has accused director Bryan Singer of sex abuse now wants to dismiss the lawsuit!
Apparently, it’s not because he thinks his own case lacks any and all merit, but because he can’t find an attorney to represent him.
After his former attorneys asked to be removed from the case due to a deteriorated relationship with Michael, he’s now on his own.
However, Michael wants the case to be dismissed without prejudice, which means he could file suit again, whereas Bryan wants the case to be dismissed with prejudice!
Basically, Bryan wants to clear his name once and for all.
According to one of Bryan’s lawyers, Michael’s lawyers were looking to settle the case for a low cash amount, which might hint at a low confidence in the strength of their case.
We’ll see whether or not the case will be dismissed with or without prejudice!
