Hollywood Isn't So Gay-Friendly After All?? It's True, According To THIS!

This is just sad.
It seems like Hollywood accepts the LGBT community with open arms, but this a study of 5,700 SAG-AFTRA members might prove that isn’t the case.
UCLA’s LBGT-focused Williams Institute discovered that the majority of lesbian, gay, and bisexual performers believe directors and producers are “biased against LGBT performers.”
53 percent to be exact.
SO SAD.
The study also claimed that MORE THAN a third of participants have witnessed some sort of “disrespectful treatment” to entertainers on set who identify as LGBT ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ including anti-gay comments.
Authors M.V. Lee Badgett and Jody L. Herman said:

“We found that LGBT performers may have substantial barriers to overcome in their search for jobs.”

No kidding!
Considering how progressive Hollywood is in comparison to the rest of the world, it is scary to think about ALL the hate still left to fight!
