Bride Held Wedding At The Cancer Hospital So Her Terminally Ill Mom Could Attend!

You’re going to want to stock up on some Kleenexes right about now.
One Texas bride-to-be rescheduled her wedding so that her mom, who was struggling in MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, could attend her wedding.
That’s right, Cathryn Copeland and Conner Wood moved their wedding ceremony to the hospital just so her mom Janet could be there.
The wedding, which happened on October 22nd, was a moving one, as the couple were wedded with Janet right in the front row.
Unfortunately, Janet died just a few weeks after the ceremony.
Obviously, this has been incredibly difficult for Cathryn, but despite everything she still feels blessed:

“(Conner) is the best person to be married to. It was just three weeks ago that she passed. I’m in law school right now and have finals in two weeks . . . we’re in the midst of a ‘it rains, it pours’ situation. It’s been trying, but I don’t know what I would do or how I would go about this without him… As hard as it is, it would be even harder to have that (wedding) day here without mom still here. We’re going through a hard time but feel blessed through all of it and feel thankful for all the gifts along the way.”

Just as we wish Cathryn and Conner all the joy in the world, our hearts go out to them and all of Janet’s loved one during this tough time.
