While many people would think they should call Scandal‘s Olivia Pope to clean up Sony‘s PR mess following the hackings, they should really call THIS woman!
Judy Smith is the inspiration behind Kerry Washington‘s TV character, and she’s been brought in by Sony to consult on how to fix their nightmare.

Smith and Sony’s Amy Pascal have been working together to fix the nightmare the studio is facing after deciding to pull The Interview from theaters.
Their solution? To focus on the fact that this is an industry issue. They’re loving George Clooney‘s petition to the industry as well, because it takes the heat off of only Sony.
Another of their tactics is to stress that Sony made the decision they did because they wanted to protect the welfare of their employees and to protect people’s safety.
Ultimately, they just want to move forward, and Judy is the captain of the ship!
