Even though the gorgeous actress is 45 (46 on February 11!), she still hopes for a family one day.

“Who knows if it’s going to happen? It’s been a want. We’re doing our best.”
Aww, we hope parenthood does happen for Jen and Justin Theroux — we think they’d make great parents!
Considering Theroux and Aniston have been together for three years, we think they’re ready to add kids into their relationship.
