Hilary Duff has filed for divorce in a huff.
Yesterday, her husband Mike Comrie was reportedly caught drunkenly propositioning women at a Beverly Hills restaurant, including a waitress and another patron.
Today, the 27-year-old singer/actress filed for divorce from the former NHL player, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple married in 2010 and have a son, Luca, who turns three next month. Hilary has filed for primary custody, fearing Mike’s partying ways could negatively affect their child.

Hilary and Mike separated last year but were seen together and reportedly tried to reconcile. Back in September, Hilary admitted:
“I mean, if there wasn’t a chance for getting back [together], I think we would’ve filed for divorce.”
Mike’s latest behavior was apparently the straw that broke the camel’s back.
We just hope for Luca’s sake they work things out amicably.
