UPDATE 1:20 PM EST: An outlet is reporting that Josh’s own SISTERS were some of his alleged victims. In response to his son’s disturbing actions, Jim Bob reportedly sent Josh to a treatment program after consulting with church elders.

According to a police report taken in 2006, Josh Duggar of 19 Kids & Counting allegedly molested FIVE underage girls starting in 2002 when he was 12-years-old.

In the extremely uncomfortable report, Josh “forcibly fondled” young girls’ “vaginas and breasts” while they were sleeping.
Wow. How troubling and awful for the purported victims.
To make the heinous situation even more complex, it was JIM BOB himself who turned the eldest Duggar into authorities after the victims came forward. According to a source, Michelle Duggar was also informed of the misconduct.
But wait, the drama doesn’t end there! In an unfortunate twist of fate, the trooper who took the initial molestation report was arrested not too long after for CHILD PORNOGRAPHY charges.
Due to the trooper’s arrest and subsequent 56 year jail sentence, the allegations against Josh were never followed up… until now.
According to a source close in the probe, the allegations have resurfaced thanks to a few anonymous callers to the Child Abuse Hotline, leading to the Crimes Against Children Division and Springdale Police Department in Arkansas.
Sadly, the investigation against Josh can’t be pursued due to the statute of limitations expiring.
A source explained:

“A technicality prevented any further action. That’s been the biggest regret in all of this.”

While we’re relieved that the Josh’s parents initially turned him in, we wonder why they didn’t pursue the case once the disgraced officer was arrested. If the reality stars knew their son did something horribly wrong, they should have ensured his punishment!
We just hope the 26-year-old and father of three isn’t accused of such heinous crimes ever again.
