Rosie O’Donnell is having a tough month.
Just a week after her daughter went missing, Rosie’s father, Joseph O’Donnell, has died from cancer at the age of 81. So sad!
While O’Donnell didn’t have a great relationship with the electrical engineer, in a past interview the comedienne admitted that she’d always love her dad no matter what. It’s unclear if the two were in communication prior to his death.

Though the death must be hard on the momma, at least her daughter, Chelsea, was found safe and the person who led her astray has been apprehended. We can’t imagine what it would have been like for O’Donnell’s child to still be missing at the time of her father’s death.
