So scary!
On Monday, James Woods was driving on a Colorado highway when another driver lost control of their vehicle, causing a massive chain crash!

The White House Down star took to Twitter to share the terrifying tale, writing:
God smiled on me today. I am so happy to be alive.

Rockies, guy doing 75+ in an ice storm spun out. I hit right wall to avoid him, spun 180, hit left wall sliding backwards going 60 mph.

Huge drop 100 feet into river below, but the guardrail held. I managed to pull out and slide down out of oncoming traffic. Six car pileup.

Luckily, the actor recounted that no one was killed in the accident, adding:
I slid below it. No deaths. Banged up. Car wrecked. Good to be alive. Glad everybody survived.

The 68-year-old admitted that he had a “little concussion,” but confessed that his car saved his life, saying:
I was in my 4WD Jeep Grand Cherokee. That Jeep saved my life. An old tank.

The Hercules alum explained he was the only driver who didn’t hit anyone else, because he just steered his Jeep into the wall instead.
Not only was the Utah native thankful to be alive, he also was incredibly grateful for the people in Glenwood Springs who came to his aid. He gushed:
Every person I dealt with here in Colorado was just superb, professional and caring. Victor at AAA and Kathy who got my stuff from car.

And on Tuesday, the Family Guy guest star continued to spread the love for everyone who helped him in the wake of such a traumatic event.
He shared a sweet snap (above) of his “guardian angel,” Victor, who worked with AAA and Valley Towing. He captioned the precious pic:
“This is the fabulous Victor from AAA and Valley Towing. Guardian angel!!! 970-945-8120 The best guy ever…”
The celeb also raved about the people who helped retrieve his belongings, sharing:
I can’t say enough about the lovely people in Glenwood Springs, CO and nearby who were so kind. Manuela at HIE, who unpacked my wrecked car.
