Khloé Kardashian's Fireworks Lawsuit Following James Harden's Birthday Party Is DISMISSED!

Victory at last!
Well, kind of.
Back in October, Khlo├â┬⌐ Kardashian was hit with a lawsuit after a massive fireworks display she put on for her boyfriend James Harden‘s 26th birthday.

According to Marina del rey resident James Ferguson, the explosions created enough of raucous that “harmed our family and pet” — and he sued for $7,500 in small claims court.
Apparently, the traumatized dog has recovered (we hope) as Ferguson didn’t show up to court (neither did Koko) so the judge dismissed the case.
Boom.
Guess that’s one less thing on Khlo├â┬⌐’s plate!
