The new mom squeezed in some personal time on Thursday as she simultaneously waist trained while toting her baby girl Chanel.
Between all of that, we don’t know how she managed to have a free hand to snap a pic!

The 36-year-old has gotten a lot of flack for being so open about her journey as a new parent — but we say, to each her own!
