McSneaky!
McDonald’s is finally embracing the postmodern fast food era by making major changes to its dining experience!
The burger titan is trying to appeal to wider masses by introducing a “healthy” kale salad in Canada called the “Keep Calm, Caesar On.”
But apparently, they misunderstood the “healthy” part of the dish — because while the salad does have a cute name, it actually has 200 more calories in it than a Big Mac!

That’s right! Those customers trying to be healthy, chomping down on a blend of kale, baby spinach, and romaine lettuce are ingesting more calories, fat, and sodium than the chain’s greasy signature dish!
The Keep Calm, Caesar On has 730 calories, 53 g of fat, and 1,400 mg of sodium and the Big Mac clocks in at only 540 calories, 28 g of fat, and 970 mg of sodium!
We like how the chain is starting to include superfoods in their menu, but customers who order kale at a fast food joint are probably going to be pretty calorie conscious — so, we’re not sure how big of a hit this will be.
What’s the lesson here? If you’re gonna eat at Mickey D’s, you might as well get some unhealthy beef!
