We’re still in shock over Lex McAllister‘s death.
After the news came out that the former Bachelor star took her own life, many people came forward to show their support. Unsurprisingly, Lex’s once object of affection Jake Pavelka also shared his grief.

Taking to Twitter, the season five star had nothing but lovely things to say about McAllister. Even though J.P. eliminated the beauty within the first week, he clearly respected the late Ohio native.

For those who don’t know know, the pilot went on to choose Vienna Girardi but ended their relationship in a dramatic breakup just months after their March 2010 proposal. Mr. Pavelka has since been linked to Kristin Chenoweth.
As for the Bachelor family members, they were equally as touched by Lex:
