Transparent is one of the most progressive shows on television right now, specifically in terms of transgender acceptance.
But it seems not everyone who works on the Emmy-winning series is fully embracing a trans-friendly set.
Production sources told TMZ that to accommodate the trans actors and workers on the Amazon series, the production installed a unisex bathroom on set — which is allegedly making some of the crew uncomfortable!
According to the report, both bathrooms on set are now open to all with no restrictions — men, women, and transgenders can all enter as they please — and this isn’t sitting well with everyone who works on the production.

The issue isn’t necessarily trans-specific, as women are apparently being made uncomfortable by the idea of walking into the bathroom to find a man at a urinal!
Reportedly, several crew members are too scared to complain, out of fear they will be branded “transphobic” — which probably isn’t the best label for someone who wants to stay employed on a show called Transparent.
What do YOU think? Should the crew members just suck it up in the name of acceptance, or should the dramedy series rethink their bathroom situation?
