Just call Hillary Clinton grandma!
As we previously reported, the Presidential hopeful’s daughter Chelsea Clinton announced on Twitter over the weekend that she had given birth to her second child, named Aidan Clinton Mezvinsky. LOVES it!

Shortly after her announcement, Hillary and her husband Bill Clinton made sure to also take to the social media site to show off the newest member of their famous family. Aww!
For the pic (above), the Democratic candidate penned:
“What a joy being with our new grandson, Aidan. So grateful. -H”
We’re not crying, you are!
As for Bill, the former President posted:
