The Purpose singer played through the pain on Friday night, delivering a concert to fans even after spraining his ankle playing basketball earlier in the day!

The crooner was in Cincinnati yesterday, and when a game of hoops got sticky for the poor guy’s ankle, it looked like the show might not go on.
But have no fear, the Biebs was HERE!
