On Thursday, the Nashville starlet took to Twitter to clear the air about her relationship status with Wladimir Klitschko after being spotted in NYC earlier this week without her engagement ring.

The 26-year-old shared a new family pic starring her fiancé and their daughter, Kaya Evdokia, writing:

ICYMI: Hayden has been seeking holistic treatment for her postpartum depression after making the announcement nearly two months ago.
And it sounds like the momma is ready for these rumors to be put to rest.
