On Sunday, Alessia Cara totally underdressed for her appearance at the MTV VMAs red carpet. Whomp, whomp!
Despite slaying her performance at the Hollywood event’s pre-show, the up-and-comer forgot she was at an A-list event as she dressed as if she was heading to high school. Tsk, tsk!
We mean, the songstress wore Top Shop‘s MOTO Side Stripe Jamie Jeans. Talk about casual!
Although, we do have to applaud the Here singer for rocking the minimal makeup look. We just love it when young stars look and dress their age. Smart move!
Still, we wish the 20-year-old put a bit more effort into her ensemble — especially since she knew she’d be on camera. Sorry, girl!
