Burke Ramsey WILL get his revenge!
A lawyer for JonBen├â┬⌐t Ramsey‘s family plans to sue CBS for the recent docuseries that blamed the child beauty queen’s murder on her older brother!
In the special The Case of: JonBenét Ramsey, a group of investigators developed a theory suggesting that Burke accidentally killed his sister on Christmas night in 1996.

Well, L. Lin Wood — an Atlanta-based attorney for the Ramseys — told press on Wednesday that “CBS’ false and unprofessional attacks on this young man are disgusting and revolting.”
On the show, the team made up of a criminal behavioral analyst, a forensic scientist, a former FBI profiler, and a pathologist theorized that JonBen├â┬⌐t took a piece of her brother’s pineapple that fateful night, which enraged him… causing the 9-year-old to strike her on the head with a flashlight.
But according to the Ramseys’ attorney, the broadcast was all an attempt to get ratings for September Sweeps and was filled with “lies, misrepresentations, distortions, and omissions,” telling People:
“I’m absolutely going to sue CBS on behalf of Burke as a result of the false accusations and the fraud of the docuseries by CBS.”
Woah.
Despite the strong reaction from the family, network officials aren’t backing down, issuing a statement of their own, writing:
“CBS stands by the broadcast and will do so in court.”
Wow — It sounds like the Ramsey family is about to go head-to-head with the network in court!
Maybe in 20 years, CBS can reexamine this trial, too??
