Our hearts are breaking for Mia Farrow.
On Wednesday, her son Thaddeus Farrow died in Connecticut, from a life-threatening injury he sustained while in his car.
Now, a medical examiner has told TMZ that the 27-year-old committed suicide, from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the torso.

Thaddeus was taken to Danbury Hospital, but passed away at the facility.
On Thursday, Mia took to Twitter to mourn the tragic death of her son, penning a powerful post remembering him, while also encouraging her followers to reach out to the American Foundation For Suicide Prevention:
