You’ve probably heard stories of people selling their virginity online to make a quick buck — but for Katherine Stone, it’s a reality.
However, don’t go shaming the 20-year-old just yet… because believe it or not, her intentions are actually quite noble.

Apparently, Katherine is currently selling her virginity in Las Vegas in order to rebuild her family home that was destroyed in a fire back in 2014.
While she’s not old enough to legally drink in the United States, prostitution is legal in Nevada… and Katherine isn’t ashamed about her decision, telling CNN:
“People say you are suppose to do it for love, but if you think about it, I am doing it because I love my family.”
That’s surprisingly sweet.
Although, the current highest bid of over $400,000 probably doesn’t hurt!

Still, Katherine says she’s not just in this for the money — in fact, she’s working with legendary brothel owner Dennis Hof to find the perfect man:
“I’m waiting for a man who I feel a connection with so that the experience can be special for both of us. It’s really not just about the money. [In the meantime,] I’ve done small simple parties. Massage parties, stuff that has been very PG-13. My first experience I had here was the scariest one. It was all really new.”
