People reports the Property Brothers star surprised the 31-year-old with an elaborate proposal at the Toronto restaurant Piano Piano — which involved his own version of the Train song Marry Me and a Dr. Seuss-themed cake reading Oh the Places We’ll Go. So sweet!!!

The HGTV star told the outlet:
“I’ve never met another woman like her and once you do, you want to be with her forever.”
After Phan said “yes,” Drew swept her away to a engagement party (disguised as a company holiday gathering) at a nearby venue attended by family and friends, including Drew’s brother, Jonathan.
The 38-year-old took to social media on Wednesday to share:
