The Quantico star was rushed to the hospital late Thursday night after a serious fall while on set! OMG!
TMZ reports the 34-year-old beauty suffered a concussion after she slipped and fell on her head while performing a stunt. Oy.

Miz Chopra was discharged from the ER after several hours of being treated, and she is now at home resting.
Noticeably missing from a press event on Friday, the actress’ rep tells the outlet:
“Yes, we can confirm there was a minor accident … and [she] will return to work after the weekend.”
We’re just happy to hear she’s OK! Rest up, bb!
