On Wednesday, U.S. District Court Judge Kenneth Marra ruled that Donald Trump‘s golf course in Jupiter, Florida — Trump National Golf Club — must pay former members $5.7 million dollars!

Back in 2013, a class action lawsuit was filed against the luxury establishment after 65 individuals claimed the terms of their membership changed when the businessman took over in 2012. As a result, they were unlawfully kicked out of the resort.
Being the cheapskate that he is, the now-President allegedly refused to give people back their deposits — ranging from $35,000 to $210,000 — AND their annual dues.
Trump’s team has yet to comment.
