It’s no secret that Kim Kardashian West would like a third child.
After setting her own pregnancy rumors back in February, we can’t say we’re surprised Keeks talks about having another little one during this season of KUWTK. Yup, during a promo for the E! hit, Mrs. West reveals to her fam that she’d like to give North and Saint West another sibling.

Unfortunately, it sounds like the reality TV vet’s doctor isn’t on board with her conceiving again. In case you forgot, Kim had two very tough pregnancies as she previously dealt with preeclampsia and placenta accreta. Man, oh man.
