
After the horrifying incident that happened on a United Airlines flight on Sunday, in which a doctor was bloodied up while being forcibly removed from an “overbooked” flight, we’ve been waiting for some kind of response from the company.
Now, finally, CEO Oscar Munoz has released a statement to Twitter, saying:

Not quite contrite, but at least they say they’re getting to the bottom of it.
