
“I want you to know that we take full responsibility and we will work to make it right” is exactly what a clearly frantic United CEO Oscar Munoz said on Tuesday afternoon in a new statement to put out flames from his PR nightmare.
ICYMI: The airline came under fire on Monday after a video went viral showing a bloodied doctor being forcibly removed from a plane by officers.

Since then, Munoz has said he was appalled by the situation in a public statement, but shared very different thoughts in an email to United employees in which he blamed the passenger.
