Protective poppa alert!
On Wednesday, Sofia Richie took to Twitter to reveal how protective her famous father, Lionel Richie, actually is. Because who knew??

My dad tracks my phone once a day. Awkwardly enough I get a notification every time. I think it’s funny so I don’t tell him I know

That’s just so cute. Although, if our child was romantically linked to troublemakers like Justin Bieber and Scott Disick we’d track their phone too.
Thankfully, the It-girl isn’t currently dating either of the lotharios (mentioned above).
Not to mention, this isn’t Mr. Richie’s first parenting rodeo. In case you forgot, Sofia’s big sis Nicole Richie put the hitmaker through his paces as she got into quite a bit of trouble in her youth. Man, oh man.
At the end of the day, we’re sure the 18-year-old is just grateful to have such a doting dad in her corner! Way to go, Lionel!
