Sarah Hyland hasn’t had plastic surgery, and she’s done with people talking about it!
The Modern Family starlet slammed an outlet for rumoring she’s altered her face when in fact, she’s been through the “worst medical year” of her life!

She wrote on Twitter Wednesday:

For those who don’t know, Sarah has previously opened up about her battle with kidney dysplasia and the life-saving kidney transplant she received in 2012. Just this past May, the 26-year-old went on social media to reveal she’s been going through a lot of “physical changes” after having been on bed rest and taking a medication which swelled up her face.
The actress doesn’t owe anyone an explanation!
She did continue to slam the article claiming she’s had plastic surgery though, sharing:
