As we reported, David Cassidy — most well-known for his stint on the Partridge Family years ago — is suffering from “multiple organ failure” at a Florida hospital, with his family by his side.

Initially, doctors were waiting on a kidney transplant as his was failing — but now we’re hearing it might be too late for that as the 67-year-old is “near the end.”
A source said:
“There’s really no issue anymore for a transplant. It’s futile.”
