On Friday, Twitter started freaking out over rumors the 20-year-old might be labor after she was reportedly sighted at Cedars Sinai hospital in Beverly Hills!

While nothing has been confirmed — duh — the Internet believes they have enough evidence to believe the reality TV starlet is about to become a mom to hers and Travis Scott‘s first child very soon!
