Lamar Odom‘s interview on Access won’t air until Monday, but in a new preview we can tell he’s ready to be much more mature toward his ex.

On the subject of Khloé Kardashian finally becoming a mom, he says sweetly:
“It couldn’t happen to a better person. I was really happy for her.”
Before quipping…
“If she could take care of a grown man for four years, the way she took care of me…”
Ha! At least he can laugh at himself now. That’s a great sign! He doubled down on Khlo├â┬⌐ being a great mom, saying she might even be too good:
“That’s gonna be one spoiled ass baby, too.”
Fair, fair.
Lamar also responded to the news of “little bitty” Kylie Jenner having a baby:
“That’s great news as well… She’s changed a lot. I’m happy for her.”
Khlo├â┬⌐’s ex may not sound bitter with how things went, but he does look back on the past with a great deal of nostalgia, saying his fondest memory was his “wedding” and:
“…us trying to make a baby.”
Well, that’s a little awkward. But at least he didn’t make and NBA player jabs this time!
