UPDATE 3/9/2018 3:36 P.M. EST: According to a rep for West 24-27 Realty LLC, the company which represents the building, Kendall and Kylie have NOT been given notice at all! Their statement reads:
“The Kendall + Kylie showroom in NY has not been issued an eviction notice by our company and are current in rent. The Kendall + Kylie brand have always been respectful and in good standing tenants.”
Innerestingly, The Shade Room also took down their IG post. Hmm…

On Wednesday, The Shade Room obtained pictures of what appears to be an eviction notice on an office used for the Kendall + Kylie clothing line.

Upon further inspection, rent for the studio has NOT been paid from December 1, 2017 to March 1, 2018.
They have until March 15 to cough up $57,395.54… OR ELSE! As seen here:

No word if either Jenner sister has taken action.
The fashion label appears to still be in business, as clothing and accessories are currently for sale on its website.
