Bruno Mars is scrambling!
The performer was apparently just as shocked as anyone when Cardi B announced that she was backing out of their joint tour coming up later this year in order to stay home with her infant daughter Kulture.

Mars took it well enough publicly, sending a very sweet and thoughtful message to Cardi yesterday (below):

But behind the scenes, Mars is apparently scrambling to replace her now, according to TMZ.
Sources say that Cardi’s back-out move, especially so late in the game, has Bruno in a bit of a tough spot — dancers have been hired, costumes have already been made, and specific sets/stages have already been built for what was expected to be the pair’s shows.

Now, Bruno’s people were apparently “burning up the phones” on Friday to see who might want to join him in Cardi’s place, but so far nothing is even close to being set in stone aside from a few introductory convos with a few star reps.
Surely, Bruno Mars won’t have TOO much trouble finding a replacement to go on tour with him, right?!
