On Friday night he was photographed walking hand-in-hand with a 22-year-old Italian model named Chiara Scelsi. And on Saturday they were together again (or still together) and the Grown-ish star was spotted planting a kiss on his apparent new paramour.
Something tells us he ain’t gonna be holding Kourt any time soon after that…
