Justin Bieber is finally out from under a lawsuit that has lasted almost FIVE YEARS!
Remember waaaaaaaay back in 2014 when the Biebs got in all that trouble for egging his neighbor’s house? Well he was never charged with a felony — as was apparently possible when it happened — but he HAS been tied up in court for it ever since!

The neighbor, Jeffrey Schwartz, finally settled with the Biebs for an undisclosed final resolution that effectively ends the ongoing lawsuit, once and for all, according to TMZ.
And while terms of the settlement were unclear — we don’t know how much the Biebs paid Schwartz to just give it the hell up, already — we do know that Justin had previously paid Schwartz upwards of $80,000 in restitution for supposedly ruining some fancy, expensive Italian plaster.

Schwartz later filed this lawsuit for — get this — emotional distress and loss of income. WTF?!
It dragged through the courts for years, and years, and years, but now it’s finally over, and the Biebs is out from under all this gossipy, embarrassing rich person stupidity.
Good! It’s about damn time…
