Brian Austin Green Initially Rejected A 'Persistent' Megan Fox -- Until She Played THIS Power Move!

Megan Fox pursued Brian Austin Green originally.

Megan Fox knows how to play the game!

The Transformers star and Brian Austin Green have been married for nearly 10 years now, and couldn’t be happier together.

But they apparently wouldn’t have gotten together in the first place if it wasn’t for Meg’s persistence!

In an interview with Barstool Radio’s KFC Radio, the BH90210 star admitted he almost ruined his chances with the actress because he didn’t want to be in a relationship when they first crossed paths.

He shared:

“I had just gotten out of a relationship… and I wasn’t looking for a relationship at the time.”

Of course, fate (and Megan) had other plans.

Green recalled meeting his future wife while working on an episode of the sitcom Hope and Faith in New York City. There was an instant attraction between them, as the actor’s first thoughts were:

“This isn’t this. This can’t f**king happen. This isn’t going to happen, no way.”

It did happen, though, largely because Meg was “really persistent” in those beginning days, according to the father-of-four.

Despite the stunning actress’ persistence, however, Green said he still wasn’t ready to commit — until Meg pulled the ultimate power play on him.

He remembered:

“It’s funny, I kept pushing her away early on, because I was like, ‘I don’t want a relationship.’ And then she was like, ‘Well cool, I’m going to go date.'”

Ha! Check mate!

Unsurprisingly, the thought of his love interest dating other people made the 46-year-old realize his feelings for her ran deeper than he thought. He added:

“I was like, ‘Wait a second, I didn’t say go date, please!’ So then that’s when I realized I was, like, ‘F**k, I must be really into this situation, [because] the thought of that kills me.'”

Like we said, Megan Fox knows how to play the game!

Now, fifteen years later, the couple are raising three children together and their relationship has never been stronger.

Sure, they’ve had some speed-bumps: Fox filed for divorce from Green in 2015, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for their split. But the two apparently managed to reconcile those differences, as Megan was pregnant with their third son just months later.

An E! News source said of the couple at the time:

“Brian and Megan been working on themselves as individuals and things have gotten better between them as a couple.”

Persistence is key, Perezcious readers!

Are U surprised Megan was the one who pursued Brian?
