As The World Turns Canceled!

Only a few short months after the cancellation of it’s sister soap Guiding Light, which ran for 72 years, As The World Turns is about to suffer the same fate.

CBS will air the final episode of the show in September of next year, permanently ending the show’s 54 year run. The finale is sure to include some kind of big finish for Luke and Noah, one of the most prominent and well known gay characters in soap opera history.
