Another Lawsuit Against Michael Jackson's Estate

Are you really that surprised?

The Michael Jackson legal troubles just seem to continue.

This time around, it’s Jackson’s former landlord who’s suing the estate after claims that Jackson left his Las Vegas mansion in a complete mess.

According to landlord Aner Iglesias, the repairs will cost an estimated $234,000!!!

WTF! What type of damages happened to the place? That’s enough money to buy a small house in some places.

But according to Iglesias, the damages are both inside and outside of the home, as well as damages to the phone and alarm systems which need to be completely replaced.

Good luck getting paid on that and proving it was Michael who damaged it.

Though, why wait so long to make the claims?
