They’ve got some strict laws!
Apparently, it is still a CRIME to commit adultery in the great state of New Hampshire!
In the olden days, they used to make perpetrators stand in the gallows for an hour with a noose around their neck, get up to 39 lashes, a year in jail or a fine of 100 pounds!
Can you imagine that, Tiger Woods?!
Now, the sentence has been softened to a $1,200 fine, (although adding that up in Tiger’s case still makes for a bundle,) but some lawmakers think it might be time to abolish the crime.
Nay, we say!
Let there still be a place in this country where horny husbands and trampy wives must pay the price for their infidelity!
