Dexter Murders Showtime Records!

Dexter‘s season four finale on Sunday broke records for Showtime, making it the most-watched episode of an original series in network history!!

Wowsa!

There was a 71% increase from the season three finale as 2.575 million viewers tuned in at 9 p.m., and 3.078 million if the 11 p.m. replay is factored in. This is the first time a Showtime original series has taken in 3 million viewers on a single night.

We wonder what season five will hold!
