Choppers Family Lawsuit

No reconciliation between father and son this holiday.

The stars of the hit show, American Chopper, are fighting amongst themselves this Christmas with a nasty lawsuit

Paul Teutul, Sr. is suing his son, Paul M. Teutul, claiming they had a deal in which he could buy back his boy’s stock in their motorcycle company, Orange County Choppers Holdings, Inc.

Paul Sr. sent his kid a letter saying he was now exercising this option, but according to the lawsuit filed, Paul Jr. isn’t giving in that easily.

Now, Daddy is suing his kin for over $1 million in damages along with demanding an order from the judge forcing his son to hand over his stock.

A family torn apart over money – a tale as old as time.
