The ratings last night showed that the final season of Lost had a strong following coming back for the new season, keeping steady numbers through it’s two hour telecast.

Though it couldn’t compete with American Idol, who won the 8pm spot with over 25 million viewers, it still looks promising that this season may be the highest rated for Lost yet.
