We Are The World Premieres Tonight During Olympics!

We are the world…and we’ve been waiting!

Tonight, the wait is over as the We Are The World – 25 for Haiti video will debut during the open ceremonies of the Olympic games.

As we already know, mega-stars like Pink, Janet Jackson, and Kanye West are already included in the tribute but sources say that there are a slew of celebrities involved that won’t be revealed until the remake airs tonight.

We’re also told the video was shot in 3D and with green-screen technology. The latter will eventually allow viewers to place themselves in the throngs of celebs during the chorus.

Sounds like a bit much, but could be cool.
