Rip Torn's Alcohol Alibi

For Rip Torn it certainly does.

Last month, the actor was arrested for breaking into a bank. Rip insisted that he was confused and he thought he was going into his house. No one believed him, until now.

As we understand it, Rip wasn’t so much confused when he broke into the bank as he was, well, DRUNK! His lawyer is giving what apparently is considered an “airtight defense” to Rip’s actions, claiming that Rip was too drunk to know where he was and WAY too drunk to have any intent to steal.

So his case, which was suppose to go before a judge today but didn’t, may get thrown out since Rip Torn was ripped!

Unbelievable!
