Hmm. Maybe he really wasn’t acting shady!!
We just reported that Law & Order‘s Richard Belzer was accused of harrassing and choking an Apple store employee in Manhattan yesterday, but the actor has come forward and claimed that surveillance footage proves that nothing happened!!
Belzer apparently claims that he was waiting in line when the employee in question, Milan Agnew, asked him if he needed help, and all he did was place his hands on her shoulders and say he would love some assistance!
Sounds a little inappropriate, but harmless!!
Belzer claims the girl freaked out, called 911, and when the cops arrived they took a look at the surveillance video and realized the choking claims were BS!!
Phew!!
Belzer says:
“Perhaps I shouldn’t have invaded her space, but it was clearly non-threatening.”
What do U think?? Was Belzer being a creep or was the girl just a crazy??
