Jesse James' Ex-Wife Wants Custody Of Their Daughter!

She’s going back to court now that he’s on the outs with Sandra Bullock!

Jesse James‘ ex-wife Janine Lindemulder is going back to court in hopes of gaining some custodial rights to their daughter Sunny.

Jesse currently had full custody, but Janine believes that Sandra will divorce Jesse and because of that the judge might give Janine partial custody. Janine is currently living in a halfway house after her stint in jail for tax evasion.

The court date is set for June 14.

We think Sunny would be better off with Sandy!
