Joe Jackson To File Wrongful Death Suit Against Dr. Murray

Joe Jackson sent Dr. Conrad Murray‘s lawyer a notice to inform them he will be filing a wrongful death lawsuit against Murray for the death of his son Michael Jackson.

Joe’s lawyer Brian Oxman reveals that the suit will ask punitive damages, economic support as well as loss of companionship and consortium. Naturally he’s seeking an unspecified amount of money damages.

Oxman says any family member can add themselves as plaintiff, but so far Joe is the only one named.

We imagine Jermaine will be sneaking in there somewhere!
